the soul behind the artistry

I am Paisley; owner, designer, seamstress, fae, and beauty hunter. My passion for sharing && creating enchanted fashion and lifestyle style sparked in 2011 and has grown feathered wings over the years into what the Serendipity Hippie is today. What started as a studio space to share my artwork has evolved into a free spirited lifestyle hub and community. I seek and source all textiles and vintage by hand. I create and curate handmade offerings for the boutique space dramatically with positive intention. I am deeply inspired by the world we live in, the colors and mysteries that our earth and existence provides. Natural fibers (cotton, leather, hemp, natural stone) ethnic textiles, paint, ink, and pigment dyes and reign supreme as my current favorite mediums to work with as an artist. My creative mantra and focus is a celebration of color and texture to evoke emotion and write a story for the innate, to spark connection and understanding within ourselves. Spirit dwells in the corners and cracks of this studio. Soul seeps out through the bricks in the walls and from underneath the bathroom sink. From dream to reality, the love, growth, and connection that I have found through my artwork has been an immeasurable and constant blessing. My wildest dream surpassed. 

All of the climb and constant motivation would never exist without the support of the Serendipity Hippie community near and far. My prayer is that in some way the studio blesses you like it does my own life and spirit daily. Your open hearted willingness to dig into the depths of the natural world, to explore your own creativity, activate your free spirit, your eagerness to rise-inspires me.

I watch you choose the perfect intentional stones for the people you love, I see you pick the perfect herbs to support your health && cleanse your heart-space, I get to meet your precious families, you share with me your dreams, show me your new projects, bare your soul, and tell me your news, I create && I wait for you come out of the dressing room wearing something that makes you feel closer to your true self and the most bohemian you. I watch you create your own reality. Y’all are a whole VISION. The view from my side of the counter is healing and beautiful. I believe that this experience is tied to my divine purpose, a constant teacher. The pleasure is MINE. I am reminded of the light we are together seeking, the unity that can be found in diversity, and the spirit that connects us all. Thank each of you for being apart of my journey, my art, my world.
